Please note spring mattresses are delivered rolled and require a minimum of 48-72 hours to expand to their full depth. Due to the packaging, the fabric may have creases or folds. All items are securely packaged, so the likelihood of damage is extremely low. However, in the event of damage, you must notify us within 24 hours. We may request photographic evidence to verify damage claims.

Please ensure that when purchasing rolled mattresses, you read the description and specifications carefully, as these cannot be rerolled. If you wish to return a rolled mattress, the cost will be expensive. The goods becomes your property as soon as they are dispatched to you.
