Mattress Settling & Plumping Period. Please allow approximately 2-3 months for the mattress to fully plump, settle and reach its optimum comfort.

It is normal for the mattress feel and appearance to change slightly during this settling period. This is part of the normal settling process and does not indicate a fault. When first unpacked, the mattress may have a slight manufacturing or packaging odour. This is normal and temporary. Allow the mattress to ventilate in a well-aired room and use it normally.

The odour will gradually dissipate and does not indicate a fault with the mattress. Rotate the mattress every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then monthly. Use a suitable mattress protector.

Do not bend or fold the mattress unnecessarily. Do not jump on the mattress. Allow approximately 2-3 months for the mattress to fully settle and reach optimum comfort. Mattresses are dispatched flat-packed and ready to use - they are not vacuum rolled. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Channel Islands or other offshore islands.
