Couriers will deliver to the main door of the building. They are under no obligation to take packages upstairs or into lifts or into properties. Please note that if you are not home, the courier may attempt to leave the package with a neighbour. We employ the services of a courier company, of whom we have no control over, as they are their own entity. We are not liable for delays in transit, or the behaviour and demeanour of the drivers.

We will, however, endeavour to report any negative incidents involving courier drivers that we are made aware of. If this is the case, we need to know so we can alert the courier company as soon as possible. You must report any issues with the item within 14 days of receiving the item.

Failure to report any issues within this 14- day period will result in us being unable to accept a return. We can only accept products for return with their original packaging, in the condition they were delivered. This allows us to cover the courier's charges. This charge does not apply to products which are faulty or damaged: these will be collected free of charge.

The more information you provide, the faster we will be able to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction with your order. Our offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
