Not all drivers carry mobile phones so pre-calls before your order arrives is not part of this service and cannot be requested as a special arrangement.
We can however provide details of the courier company and you can contact them for more information. ALL deliveries are carried out by a uniformed person and this service is to your front door only. The driver is not insured to take this into a room of choice. High-value items will need to be signed for. Under extreme circumstances we will accept for goods to be left in a safe place, we will need confirmation in writing from you that you accept full responsibility if the order is lost or damaged.If no-one is at home, the courier will attempt to leave smaller parcels with a neighbour. After this, if the item is small and light the courier will leave it with a local pick-up shop and notify you of the location.
For multiple orders: Your products may arrive separately or from different couriers, but don't worry; you won't be charged for additional deliveries. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn't secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible. Named day or timed deliveries are not possible at this moment in time.All deliveries will be between the hours of 7am and 9pm unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic, your order may run over the allotted time window.
If this happens the driver will endeavour to contact you and advise how long he/she will be. All deliveries will be delivered to a ground floor area.
If you live in a flat and lift access is available, then please advise the driver before they arrive. Unpacking, installation and package removal will not form part of this agreement. In most cases your order will be delivered within the time window provided. All items delivered by 2 persons are considered heavy / high value items and will need to be signed for.
Under extreme circumstances we will accept for goods to be left in a safe place, we will need confirmation in writing from you that you accept full responsibility if the order is lost or damaged and a signed signature needs to be left for the driver to collect. If no-one is at home then the courier will try to contact you in the first instance, if nobody answers they will wait a maximum of 5 mins. Failing this the courier will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour.

All our ready assembled furniture from the REDI FURNITURE brand is bespoke to what you want and handmade, in the UK of course!So this does take a little more time than our flat pack items but our aim is to get this to you as quickly as possible in pristine condition - usually within 4 weeks. Most importantly we advise all customers to measure the floor space where the item will be housed.

In all circumstances we ask customers to take photos of the box if you suspect any damage, this will help with our investigation on whether it was carrier damage or a manufacturing fault. We reserve all rights on our decision to replace either damaged / faulty parts or a complete unit once we have completed our investigations - all will be done free of charge. Our carriers are not insured to carry such large items so we do advise to keep hold of the original packaging before commencing with assembly. Failure to do this will result in all responsibility belonging to the customer and these items will be non-returnable. All bespoke items where they are personalised by the customer e. The wrong item has been delivered. If it's our fault and you have received the wrong item(s) we will arrange collection free of charge and make the necessary arrangements for the correct item to be delivered as a priority. It takes time to get accustomed to anything new. In the case of a mattress, it's somewhere around 30 days a. A'the break-in' period so we ask you to be patient. Your body has been used to your old mattress for such a long time it will be a shock to the system when it lies on something new. Below are what we do not class as a defect or fault.
Mattress didn't suit or match customers' expectations, this would be considered as a remorse reason for return. Comfort level not as expected. Indentations in the mattress: The components utilised will settle in use and could compress to varying degrees due to the weight and shape of the sleeper and may result in a body impression. There is no cause for alarm; this surface "settling" or compression is not a structural or design defect, but normal, Compression of upholstery materials of less than 4.5cm is within acceptable industry standards by FIRA (depending on the age of the mattress) and should not be considered a fault. Natural fillings will be subject to more settlement, and may result in patches of uneven wear and tear - this is classed as normal settlement.
