Rotate the mattress every 2 weeks for first 3 months and then once every 4 weeks. Do not bend or jump on the mattress. Use a good quality protector for preventing staining.

Mattress dimensions (length, width and height/depth) are approximate and may vary up to 3 cm. Your new mattress could develop body impressions on the mattress surface after a few nights of you sleeping on the mattress. This is a natural process and helps promote the spinal alignment. Therefore, this is not dipping/sagging. A mattress is called dipped/indented when the sagging is more than 5 cm (2 inches).

As all the mattress information is given in the product page above, we do not attach any label on the mattress. The mattress firmness is based on the perception of our test subject.

To the front door of your house (ground floor only) or to the main door of the building (ground floor only). We use an independent courier company to deliver our mattresses. Vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion/road works, bad weather etc. However, we will continue to endevour to provide the best of our service and product. PLEASE CHECK for any damages, tears or dirty marks to make sure that you are happy with the quality and condition of mattress received.
