Everything is either deep cleaned, washed, or sanitised to hospital standards. So it's pristine and squeaky clean. Most mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled and boxed. Once unpacked, the mattress will expand to its designed size. If the mattress is NOT rolled packed it will be specified in the product description.

You have 30 days in which to inform us of your decision to return your mattress provided it has not been used and slept on. It's ready to use within a day but reaches optimal firmness after 48 hours. How do I care for my mattress? To keep your mattress in great condition, we recommend using a mattress protector, rotating it every three to six months, and following any specific care instructions provided. Proper care extends the lifespan of your mattress and maintains optimal comfort. Will my mattress have an odour when I first unbox it? Some of our mattresses may have a mild, temporary "new mattress" smell when first unboxed due to compression and packaging. This is normal and harmless, and it usually dissipates within a few hours in a well-ventilated room.
